Brainbox is working with Bradford and Airedale Teaching Primary Care Trust to find out how satisfied the residents of Lidget Green in Bradford are with the primary health care services they use.
In April 2008, we will be conducting a survey with residents and running focus groups in the community to gauge opinions on GP and clinic services, how easy they are to access, and what services residents need but can’t find.
Bradford and Airedale tPCT want to keep the promise they made to review health services in Lidget Green after two local surgeries relocated out of the area.
Lesley Sterling-Baxter, Improving the Experience Manager for Bradford and Airedale tPCT, said: “We have worked with Brainbox on previous projects and were impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and ability to engage with the community. We were happy to invite them to tender to consult with us on Lidget Green.”
